- CEO of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) now BAMAN 2014 – 2024 – developed and grew this professional association from 100 members to 1500 providing a full range of support services to medical aesthetic nurses.
- Executive Support Officer to the Joint Council for Cosmetic Nurses (JCCP) – 2015 – Present. Involved in all aspects of the establishment, growth and development of the JCCP – membership, regulatory campaigning, links with all key stakeholders.
- Speaker at aesthetic conferences and trade shows on regulatory change in the UK.
